@JustEatUK you delivered me the wrong order and will not refund because we entered a pin. My kids entered a pin but what teenager checks their order on a doorstep. So the delivery before me got a £66 order, we got a £10 order and yet you wont refund me due to your incompetence.
@IKEAUK I’ve just been to your Thurrock store and I’m extremely disappointed. The queue at the Swedish restaurant was ridiculous with no where near enough staff and Your Swedish Shop had sold out of Meatballs. Seriously its one of your fundamental items!
@ZARA you need to seriously review your exchange proceedures. Twice in 1 week i have queued in your lakeside store for in excess of 45 minutes to return an item. Never will i ever shop in store again. Disgraceful
@easyJet i rang earlier to book a flight using my travel vouchers. I was on hold 34 minutes. I got through and was told i would get a call back . That was 5 hours ago….. not happy #disgustingcustomerservice

@LeShuttle my husband has been standstill at J12 for 6 hours now and has been told midnight. My son is autistic and the other has adhd how is your traffic management fair? It would see some movement it it was fair
@LeShuttle traffic is not moving and you are apparently only loading lorries. This is not acceptable. There is no road management or any sense of fairness to the way people are being treated. Disgusting.
@Bensons_Care ordered my Bed on 20th Feb for delivery 20th April. It finally arrived on the 26th with no mattress. Rang again to chase up and told delivery of my mattress will be 30th May so my son has to sleep on the floor for a Month. Not acceptable he has autism & needs sleep
