@CLTAirport good lord your security is a joke.I’ve been flying in and out for over a year & I’ve seen straight up harassment of non English speakers, excessively long lines, rude people at work, employees suggesting the solution to long lines is “standing closer together” (1/2)

@AmericanAir I am SO SICK of “minor mechanical delays” and your gate staff having “no information”. It’s a blatant LIE. Everyone knows coworkers talk. I’d rather you be upfront than lead me down a path of deception, frustration, and missed flights.
