@DublinAirport First of all, dedicate zone 18 for app pick ups only. Over 35 minutes of waiting taxis stuck in queues today because camping cars, uk regs, contractor vans, and random cars just wait there forever.

@FreeNow_IE Hi, How do address bad behaviours from drivers who accept trip from Dublin airport and then cancel it after sometimes 10 minutes. It happened again last night, taxi was at Beaumont hospital, not moving for 10 minutes and then cancel when I try to call. Typical.
