@Drmahmoudhashe1 A bypass can fail due to competitive flow. The bridge should be unroofed. I had a cath with a dobutamine challenge and IFR reading which proved that the bridge was impacting on my circulation

@doc_cardio @MergencyFe Do you perform a provocative angio for bridges with IFR reading? S lot of members on our support group cannot get appropriate testing. Some are told it’s anxiety, it’s all in your head, you need to see a psychiatrist etc. Soul destroying and unacceptable
