So E-citizen has been down since 11am yesterday 29th November. Anyone who had an appointment before then has been served and released, anyone after, the system cannot help. SMH! I've been told passports can always be taken, anytime🫠 @ImmigrationDept

I'm here to process my passport and E-citizen is down. A whole entire system. Government system. Now we are just chilling out and networking here and we arrived with children at 6:30am @ImmigrationDept . So much isn't working in this day and regime.

You can only say you *Bumped into someone* in Nairobi if you met them on newly expanded Waiyaki way. The bumps are a case study of Time VS distance. Using it to the express way is slower than the southern bypass! Pedestrians are also struggling @KeNHAKenya

Now it's 50+ hours since we had electricity.
How can I #pikanapower when I don't have power?

Also we are being asked to tell our landlords to buy a cable to fix a connection issue from the transformer.
Isn't that your mandate?

@KenyaPower_Care we have not gotten assistance since Monday 8am. We have thrown out all our food, cooked&frozen, our water is running low because pumps have been off. All that for 60 houses, right opposite Devki Ruiru and no help yet? This is not right.

@KenyaPower_Care we've been having a voltage issue and lights are flickering since last time. This has happened 5 times this year and the team response is always delayed. It's messing up appliances and thawing all our food. Ruiru town right opposite Devki
