Here I did it for him lol out of all the children surveyed... 713 students.... 68.7% were sexually abused. So if he's basing it off of numbers... for every 1,000 children... roughly about 687 were sexually abused. With a population of almost 41.5M with a 24.1% child population... that's over 10M children... with 68.7% sexually abused... 6,870,000 yeah... I would say they have the larger issue... 13.7% of those were penetrating form of abuse.

Ummm... 1st Amendment is absolute.. 2nd Amendment is in place to ensure the 1st is Absolute and is also absolute with the phrase "Shall NOT be infringed".
