@RoKhanna Just make them defaultable so the banks won't loan $100,000's for degrees that cannot generate wages to repay. Then the schools would price degrees accordingly...
@RoKhanna From 2015 to 2022, the US Social Security Administration paid out approximately $8.6 trillion in benefits. 1% of $8.6 trillion is $86 billion. I get that these numbers look worse that 1%.
@Fat_Electrician Or we should just exploit that they have to declare their trades and index to them... That said I think there's a good chance of removing them from the market over the next 4 years. Which would be a win.
@512x512 Coding seems better at "understanding". For the love of god get rid of that last paragraph from every response. Be more explicit instead of saying things like "like everything you should weigh you options..." It's unnecessary and no one talks like that.
@optomachina@j_d_noone Adrian Newey, now of @AstonMartinF1 was reported to have 2 engineers full time redrafting his paper to CAD. Interestingly I've heard him refer to drafting on paper as the language he learned and the barrier to entry wasn't worth it because he was so fluent on paper.
@Matt_Camenzuli I pay $0.12/kwh since I left Australia... Haven't had a blackout in two years and the temperature spread is more extreme and they have tornados... Oh and there's a nuclear plant 45 mins down the road
