I currently have a 9.5kwh giv energy battery.
My thinking is add another if we get a HP and that hopefully keeps us off peak rate

Your given a slot say between 7pm - 9pm (2 hours) and that comes off the 6 hour 11:30pm - 5:30am daily?
Or 6hours intelligent is in addition? In theory you could have 12 hours of 7p charging??
@sarah_go_green given @OctopusEnergy changes to intelligent go. (6 hour limit) have you abandoned the intelligent thing and just set your Tesla and house batt to charge between 11:30pm & 5:30am??
I’m thinking that will be the best way forward??
@sarah_go_green@OctopusEnergy Ok - so if the system will limited to 6 hours then that makes sense. My issue is intelligent plays havoc with house battery.
Be good if @OctopusEnergy added the ability to force charge Giv energy house batt when intelligent is active

Trying to return an item but live chats being ignored, store won’t take item as it was a range partner and emailed the range and they just ignore. Also raised complaint but again ignored.

@PizzaExpress i placed a collection order at around 10pm
Payment went through then had a phone call from the restaurant to say kitchen has closed and I’ll get a refund.
4 days later, still no refund
@PizzaExpress I have contacted and emailed customer service and no reply and no refund. Really disgraceful that I am having to fight for a refund for an order that wasn’t delivered
How do I make a formal complaint?
