The #NHS is not failing us. An eye problem which was not within the remit of my GP was within hours referred to an online eye clinic, followed by a call back and then an on line consultation followed by a face to face appointment at #specsavers within hours. That’s service!

@jameshurley a badly written 1st para, confusing, poor syntax, bad grammar, phrases such as ‘significant minority’.. what does that mean?The piece says in a backwards way round that the majority at the CEO summit think that home working will become permanent. Or am I confused????
