@9_Moley During special occasions, councils should have the bins emptied as required & more bins if required. Instead it’s cheaper for them to just clean it all up later. This attitude in governance started 2 or 3 decades ago & now has bred a mentality among patrons that this is the way.

@The_Macula @Toy_Polloi After using Zippo lighter fluid. Better than the IPA. Still faintly visible but an improvement. It makes me wonder if the IPA did anything. Could it have been just the scrubbing that made the initial difference?

@The_Macula @Toy_Polloi Tried IPA. Got a lot off but still very noticeable. Will invest in some lighter fluid & see if it can remove the rest.

@Toy_Polloi There seems to be 2 types of lighter fluid. Butane for gas lighters & Zippo fuel. What type is suitable?
