Worst customer service I've ever experienced, @westelm! How many times can you get it wrong? 6+ hours (total) waiting on the phone, 2 broken shelves, 2 reorders, and 2 wrong items, and yet again you failed to get it right. Its been over 2 months! Will never shop there again!
