@JamaicaGleaner Jet blue wanted to take them over and the gov said no because the pool of low cost flights wouldn't exist. Well here we are now. JetBlue is also going through financial wpes so maybe it wouldn't have been worthwhile in the long run

@JamaicaGleaner I remember when they started to get popular. There office was located in miramar, not far from where I was living at the time. I flew with them countless times when going and coming from Jamaica or Atlanta. Sad to see this happen along with all those people who will lose jobs
