Stepwell is thrilled to share that we have secured funding for our pioneering 'Shaping My Future' project from The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE @ALLIANCEScot), which administers the Self Management Fund @SelfMgmtScotwhich🎉
