STATEMENT:
The man charged with murdering Ann Widdecombe with a hammer has now also been charged with preparing acts of terror against Nigel Farage MP.
Today, a court heard he allegedly travelled to Nigel's home last year and tried to break in.
A bottle of lighter fluid was found on the porch.
This apparent firebomb attempt was investigated at the time.
The police received CCTV footage of the incident.
It has since been revealed that CCTV from Nigel's home captured both a suspect and their car "over an extended period".
And yet, despite being in possession of that CCTV footage, the police claimed they could identify no suspects and closed the case.
Read those last two sentences again.
Counter-terror police have since referred themselves to the police watchdog, which is investigating a member of their staff.
Why did it take the brutal murder of my dear friend Ann for the police to do their jobs?
Anger does not begin to describe how we at Reform feel about this.
The Police and the Home Secretary have serious questions to answer about how threats against Reform are handled.
This is not going away.
@TheRestoredBear@OllyParramore@RupertLowe10@RestoreBritain I understand why you would say that, but the political reality is Restore can't win, the country isn't ready yet. All Restore can do is prevent Reform winning and keep the left in power. You might not like it but that doesn't change anything.
@SGTWipper1Each The naval variant was perfectly adapted for small ship use, the undercarriage could take a real beating and with the combination of negative pitch and the harpoon (claw) to grab the grid on the deck it could operate in heavy seas. With towed out wheels it could turn into wind.
'You've just shot into the top 10 of my favourite guests on this entire channel!'
@MartinDaubney applauds and is left stunned by Julia Taylor’s explanation of why DEI initiatives fail in the NHS, highlighting how ‘people are crying out’ for common sense.
@SorchaEastwood Us so called UK patriots look enviously towards Vance and Trump and admire them. The reason for this and what you fail to understand, is that they are conviction politicians who unapologetically put Americans first. Something sorely missing this side of the pond
I'm incredibly offended at what this Labour MP has just said about me in Parliament.
He states that I would sack every DEI officer in the NHS.
Total nonsense. Let's be accurate - I would sack every single DEI officer across the entire public sector.
It can't come soon enough!
@DPJHodges@BasedMillwall It's an unwinnable fight, Russia has shown before they are prepared to keep feeding the meat grinder no matter the losses. Your way would be to consign 100s of thousands, maybe millions more to their deaths.
We must be unapologetically patriotic - put the British people above ALL else, and be proud of doing so.
We must do what needs to be done - on immigration, crime, deportations and more.
We must restore Britain, and what we've lost.
My speech in Essex...
