@British_Airways I didn’t think booking with you could be so difficult! Tried online 3 times, only to get to the very final screen and for it to hang, then come back to say the booking had failed. Tried to phone your sales team, but had to hang up after 20 minutes on hold!

@virginmedia 1 hour and 20 minutes to VM customer services - most of which on hold - and still no one can tell me why my new install has moved from 1st March to 27th April.

We are moving house and had it all lined up. Now facing almost two months without internet, TV or phone.

@virginmedia Your same old standard replies just don’t cut it. In the last exchange of DM’s, you told me that you couldn’t talk to your install team due to data protection, so that would be a waste of time.

@virginmedia I no longer have any patience after what is now approaching five hours on calls (well, mostly on hold) and messages are n here. Time to get quotes from alternative providers and see where I go with that.
