@Uber_Support I reported a violation of Federal Law for ADA discrimination over 72 hours ago and STILL haven’t spoken to anyone from @Uber. OBVIOUSLY, they don’t take ADA law and they’re responsibly seriously. Perhaps a Class Action lawsuit will get their attention…

@Uber_Support SECOND time tonight a driver REFUSED a ride (5th in 3 months) because I have a service animal. BLATANT violation of ADA regulations!!!! Looks like CLASS Action lawsuit is required for Uber to comply with federal law. Here the 2nd law breaker. @uber

@Uber_Support for the 4th time in the last few months, an Uber driver REFUSED my ride because I have a service animal. 1st offense, $75,000 fine. 2nd $150,000. 3rd/4th? Perhaps Uber needs a class action suit to get the message. If I’m not contacted in 24 hours, CLASS ACTION!

@Uber @ubersupport AGAIN, today, an Uber driver refused to drive with me an my Service Animal. And, Uber is charging me $6.05 for canceling. I wonder if @BergerMontague is interested in a class action lawsuit. This is 3 times in 2 days. Illegal, disgraceful and pathetic!

I notified @Uber and @ubersupport yesterday about blatant ADA discrimination for a Service Animal by TWO of its drivers. Uber sent me to DM, collected information and have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Perhaps at @TheJusticeDept and a Class Action Lawsuit is needed. #ShameOnUber

@Uber WTF! Ready for Uber to pick me up. the driver in a white grand Highlander pulls around the corner sees my service dog and does a U turn and leaves. that’s illegal and a $75,000 fine. I guess it’ll be the problem for Uber to pay for this as the driver’s info disappeared.

@Steveaaaaa @Uber In America, it’s against the law to refuse a ride to a service animal. People are entitled to their religious belief; but, an Orthodox Jew should be a butcher in a pork slaughter house. Don’t drive Uber if having a service dog is a problem for you.

@Walmart I had a issue in the Philadelphia store on Columbus Blvd today. I called the store and hit the option for “operator”to speak to the GM or front end manager. I was holding for over 5 minutes with over 50 rings before I was disconnected. Who at HQ can help me?
