In May, I ran for Congress against @SummerForPA. Summer won.
On Tuesday, she’ll have my vote.
This isn’t a game. This is our home, and its future is on the ballot. #PA12
All Americans should be horrified and outraged by the brazen terrorist attacks on Israel and the slaughter of innocent civilians. We grieve for those who died, pray for the safe return of those who’ve been held hostage, and stand squarely alongside our ally, Israel, as it dismantles Hamas. As we support Israel’s right to defend itself against terror, we must keep striving for a just and lasting peace for Israelis and Palestinians alike.
I'm exhausted & angry. Angry with a world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis, sanitized the evil of antizionism & dignified terrorism as ‘resistance.’ As I said on @Morning_Joe, Hamas is committed to 1 thing: killing Jews. Not a 2SS or a peaceful resolution of conflict, but murdering Jews.
Horrific news out of Jerusalem, all while our @SecondGentleman is at Auschwitz to reflect and remember those killed in senseless acts of antisemitism.
When will it stop?
Moved by my @USCCRgov colleague @MaryCrossley, who spoke in Oakland last night on her incisive new book.
The more we’re educating about the intersection of disability and race in healthcare, the more equitable we’ll be able to make treatments and outcomes.
Franco Harris is known for the glory he brought to football. But I knew him for his character and compassion – someone who spent time with my boys after we lost my first wife and infant daughter.
May God bless Franco Harris, a dear friend of 50 years and a great American.
Left a Terrible Towel with Franco’s statue earlier this morning.
He made an immaculate connection with our city, inspiring an entire generation of Pittsburghers – both for the past 50 years and the next.

Yesterday, we painted PA blue.
From 52-year @PADems State Committee member Angie Gialloreto to @DNC Chair @harrisonjaime, @TheDemocrats came out to defend our democracy.
Tuesday is an opportunity to make sure we’re taking care of the people we love. Let’s go get it. #GOTV
Great to see @JohnFetterman with @DickDurbin at the Square Cafe here in East Liberty earlier today.
Winning the Senate majority is the path to getting real results for real people, and John made it clear that he’s ready to be that 51st vote. 🗳️
The question is whether John is able to do the job of a U.S. Senator with an accommodation for his disability, and if so, whether that accommodation can be made without imposing an undue hardship on the U.S. Senate.
The answer to both: YES!
My youngest daughter will be voting for the first time this November, and while her dad won’t be on the ballot, her rights as a woman in Pennsylvania will be.
We cannot fail the women we love.
Please, please register to vote.
