How is it safe or legal for an escooter rider to pass me doing any least 30mph while under taking, while I’m restricted in a 20mph zone in central London, he failed to stop or even slow at a red light? Only wish I had dash cam footage. @TfL @SadiqKhan @mrjamesob @NickFerrariLBC
