The fiasco cost PSU at least $300 million in direct costs (150 M for unvetted claims, 50 M in fines and 100 M in legal costs) plus indirect costs for something that there is 0 credible evidence was anything untoward. What an epic case of fiduciary irresponsibility by the BOT.
