@RingCentral I've on the phone for about two hours since my onboarding appointment, I just keep getting transferred around with more and more "tickets" received with no resolution. Can I schedule an appointment with a higher level technical specialist?
Do I know any VOIP / cloud phone experts? Been through @Goto, @RingCentral, @Nextiva, and @dialpad, all in the last month, and I can't get anything to work. I could really use some guidance from an industry expert. DM me.
