21 years ago today I married the woman of my dreams. Before she died, she thanked me “for giving me a better life than I ever dreamed possible”. I’m sure my reply suffered greatly in comparison, but at least I know that she knew how much I loved her. I miss her so much.

But I’ll say it again—in time, while the pain remains, the frequency and intensity does decrease.
