@BBGreatMoments Duncan Park.
Spartanburg Phillies.
Several hall of famers played on that dirt. So thankful that @VikingBsbl still play there. It gave my second baseman son an opportunity to play in the same dirt as Bowa, and Sandburg. Such a cool ballpark. So many memories as a kid there.
Trump couldn't lose in this race.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson won the state's Republican gubernatorial runoff after the president endorsed both Wilson and his rival, Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette, in the election.
The result adds to Trump's endorsement record in an unusual way, underscoring his continued influence in high-profile Republican primaries.
Tonight, my heart is full. On June 23 last year, I announced I was running for Governor. Exactly one year later, we’ll head to the polls for the runoff, and I hope to be your Republican nominee for Governor at the end of the night.
Over the course of this campaign, I’ve been blessed to travel every corner of the state I love. I've met hardworking men and women, small business owners, farmers, teachers, law enforcement officers, veterans, and families who want a change in our state.
They want a South Carolina where it’s easier to pay bills, raise a family, start a business, and enjoy the freedoms we’ve been given. They want a South Carolina where their children and grandchildren have tremendous opportunity.
God’s had his hand in my story at every turn. This state shaped me, raised me, and having the ability give back as Attorney General has been the honor of my lifetime.
No matter what tomorrow brings, I’ll always be grateful for the kindness, encouragement, prayers, and friendship that so many of you have shown our family. Campaigns are about more than elections. They're about people. They're about neighbors. They're about believing our best days are still ahead. They’re about you.
Tomorrow, we have the privilege that generations of Americans fought, sacrificed, and even died to preserve. We have the opportunity to make our voices heard and shape the future of the state we call home.
So get a good night's sleep. Say a prayer for our state and our nation. Hug your family. And tomorrow, go vote.
Thank you for believing in me and our vision of making South Carolina more affordable for families, profitable for businesses, and accountable to you.
It has been the honor of my life to fight for the people of this state, and with your help, we'll finish the job.
God bless you, and God bless the great state of South Carolina.
@JonnyCarrots007 Who has a dime, or a quarter in their pocket anymore? Better question, who remembers phone numbers? I know my wife’s number, but that’s about it.
Smart phones make me dumber every day. I don’t like it.
@FreddyLA7 You did not come here, expecting, or signing up for all of this. America is a very generous country. We are taxed at every level, and we rarely get to choose who we are generous to. Your posts have changed X, you are humble! We appreciate you appreciating us! Thank you!
