@andrewrawnsley You don't need a lawyer, it's a very clear condition of driving on the roads in the UK - and most other countries in the world. Would it be acceptable to drive while under the influence of drink or drugs, just to see if you'd had too much?

Now, everything in the media clearly says to "Stay at home". When was the Scummings loophole written into the so called "rules" because us mere voters weren't told anything of the sort.

@jayrayner1 I reckon the McCann's could have done it but the use of drugs was never proven. Was it? Anyone else? Not a chance. More to the point, he drove about 300 back and can't remember stopping for fuel. 560 miles, in a Range Rover. Must have been running on fumes by the M25.
