@Eggy5691 @CWUnews Literally just been looking at it and what the new starters get. They get a 7.65% payrise on what they are on already. It takes them on to almost £39k. Yet we get a payrise that takes us to £34k?? How does that work. The more the look into it the worse it is!!! Shocking.

@Eggy5691 @CWUnews Is that a big workshop?? I think it's about time I start looking for another job. I can't survive on this poor pay!! There was a local garage in the town where we are and they were advertising a job at £20 an hour. Might see if it's still available.

@Eggy5691 @CWUnews That's exactly what we're saying now. There sailing us down the river. We've gone backwards. The union really shouldn't have said that we're at 8.7%. and you don't get this year's pay rise unless you sign up to work on a Saturday.
