@adsliaison why is Google Ads forcing me to pick assets when trying to create a vehicle listing campaign? I only want to run VLAs and nothing else. Have traditional VLAs been removed, and only Pmax campaigns (targeting everywhere) are allowed?

I must say that @GameStop customer care is horrible. Call 800 number on the website and I have to go through a phone survey of a dozen questions. Call the local store and get put on hold for 10 minutes just to get hung up on. Just want to change an order that was placed.

Never mind, I found it. When clicking on edit profile, you will see the 3 dots in the right corner. From there click on business profile settings and you will see the advanced settings to change the store code

Does anyone happen to know where we can now go to change the store code for a Google business profile? Need to change it for our merchant center feed.

Is there a minimum number needed for the customer match lists? My rep says no, but for some reason the number 1,000 sticks out in my mind. #PPCChat

@StevePlimmer yes it appears you need at least 1000 matches before any ads will serve to your customer match list

@adsliaison @duanebrown Sadly the matched location view is just showing the US and my analytics shows me this with just the PM campaign running. Our account rep said it is a known bug. Know anything about it? Makes me not want to use PM anymore.

@adsliaison @duanebrown The locations view does not show the countries, Google Analytics does, the countries table only shows the US. We had confirmed phone calls (lead gen campaign), as well as form, fills from outside of the US.

So has anyone else noticed the performance max campaigns driving traffic from other countries in your analytics? I am only targeting certain states in the US so I should have no traffic from other countries. Google rep says it's a bug no answer on stopping it#ppcchat @adsliaison

So how is everyone contacting google support these days? Phone support is down and it seems the new "beta" help section no longer has the option to send them an email. Our Google Rep doesn't exist. What a mess... @adsliaison #ppcchat
