Terrible, disappointing service from @Sonos and @DHLParcelUK this week - neither seem able or willing to communicate and sort an error over customs charges and I’m left hanging without goods I’ve paid for 🤔👎🏻

@DHLParcelUK Interesting that this got a response.....I’d work on your core customer services team and make sure they respond in future for the benefit of others. It shouldn’t be necessary to shame you on Twitter to get action. I’ve sorted this now with Sonos

@TPExpressTrains are simply a shambles, late again!! Trains late all over the place due to “trains late from the depot”, “shortages of train crew” - I think I heard every excuse from the menu this morning at Manchester Piccadilly. Not reliable enough...poor show.
