A holiday idea from Manchester--Manchester, England--to Give the Gift of Going Out. Support local businesses and perk up the January dip. https://t.co/63UD5q0DtH
Julianna off to college this fall after a great academic and swim career. We experienced both the public and private schools during this time. We are blessed to have great schools. Now, on to the next chapter!
Another day, another scandal in CT. Knowingly reporting false budget numbers is fraud. We need accountability and transparency in state government. https://t.co/ba3VqlrOM1
Do we really need another tax? This one party rule thing is making it more expensive to live. Taxing us more is not the solution to reducing the cost of living....
I am honored to announce that last night, I was unanimously nominated as the Republican candidate for the 55th House District.
We will work hard this year to add balance to the legislature, instead of the current one party rule in Hartford.
In 2021 Gov Lamont signed the bill eliminating the religious exemption for vaccines in less than 24 hours from it's passage. By comparison, it's been 5 days since the bill was passed addressing catalytic converter theft and the Governor has yet to sign it. But, priorities....
I'm thankful that the legislative session ended yesterday. We now have a few months of reprieve from bad bills and policy coming from the Democrats in Hartford.
As usual, Rep. Fiorello nails it with reason and facts. I will always advocate for local control. Our local governments know what's best for our cities and towns than the State Legislature ever will.
Poor planning by the administration to address a known wave of state employee retirements, results in a windfall of raises and bonuses for unionized state employees. The rest of us are concerned about rising food and gas costs. #letuseatcake
The tentative settlement removes a potential source of friction between the Democratic governor and labor before Lamont’s reelection campaign shifts into high gear this summer.

More small business job killing ideas coming from CT Democrats in the legislature. In sports terms, is this like a losing team throwing the season to get a better draft pick for next year? @bobforgovernor
Where are state lawmakers' priorities? This is poor policy at the best of times—that it's being pushed as employers, particularly #smallbiz, struggle with the labor shortage, #inflation, #supplychain bottlenecks, and COVID is just offensive. #RebuildCT https://t.co/dNv2UsBSbR
Too many questions about how this project is being administered. Might be time to shut it down until light is shed on how it's 250% over budget. We taxpayers can't afford to underwrite a project fraught with mismanagement and ballooning costs.

I wish the Labor and Public Employees Committee would treat the taxpayer and small business owner as if they had a collective bargaining agreement with us. #smallbusinessbackbone#fiscalresponsibility

The RHAM Superintendent has set the wheels in motion for the mask mandate to expire on 2/28. This is a win for parental choice. To mask or not to mask is a choice best left to parents. Mandates are coercion. #empowerparents
