@ii_couk@ariverofdesign That is literally admitting how incredibly poor your service is. Over 5 days to respond is just not acceptable. My enquiry was urgent so I called. After 1 hour waiting on the phone I gave up! Great website, excellent content, shame its not backed up by a market leading service.
@LUFCTickets Also, when you select 'Choose seats for me', and there isn't any available, it says Error! WHAT! Surely just have a message saying "Sorry, there are no seats currently available for this game, all remaining seats will be available via the ballot." Not hard is it!
@LUFCTickets Can I ask why so many tickets are shown as available but it won't let you buy any of them? Surely if they are not available, just don't show them.
What does the message in red actually mean?
@LUFCTickets Surely the club has a UX expert looking at this stuff. If a ticket isn't available, don't show it, or highlight the fact the seat is reserved for the ballot. I'd rather login and see no seats rather than a load of seats showing with a message in red that means nothing to anyone!
