The police knew everything.

The damage to the SUV proves it was involved in a front on collision.

There is no damage to the side of the car. Ryan, the cyclist, didn’t t-bone the vehicle.

The damage is to the front of the vehicle, beneath the headlight, a smashed windscreen, a flat tyre, and a broken side mirror.

How is this consistent with a t-bone the SUV?

As a cyclist, my own wind noise drowns out 95% of all noise from approaching vehicles at sub ~40kmh.

Over that speed, 95% of noise is caused by the tyres. It doesn't matter if they're ev or ice.
