@AskLloydsBank My mother is blind & the service from Lloyds has been terrible with no understanding of her issues since losing father. The bereavement service was appalling & we are still awaiting a response to a official complaint. As a loyal customer, we have been very let down. @DisRightsUK

The way they have treated mother who is registered blind is appalling and disrespectful. No response to official complaint & no customer care, 3 months on & still waiting to for help.

32 years ago I was at tonights BBC4 Top of the Pops @TOTPofficial at 1930 filmed at @thisistvc with @djGarydavies @therealbrunoB We are in front of @DepecheMode & @moderntalkingtr & then a 15 year old me behind DJs as they say goodnight! Oh dear...Funny memories 32 years on!
