@FirstWestYorks Also the bus never showed up today either, that was on the 'live tracking' and disappeared off the map but was still showing an arrival time. Twice now I am late for work because of your crap services. Your app has issues!!

@FirstWestYorks This and the 617 and 618 have this issue more often than not and I constantly have to keep getting a taxi home from work due to this .not what you need when you just want to get home 🏡 I'm on the 618 now that's not going the full route again
