@Morris_Monye Every year Lagos will be flooded. Meanwhile, Lagos has a governor who has been in office for almost 8 years and still can't find a solution to the flooding.
Sometimes the incompetence of our leaders seems like a curse we can't avoid.
@UchePOkoye@BigPsalmy04 What Nigeria need is a revolution and not an election. This Tinubu government is out to destroy Nigeria completely and he is doing it unapologetically.
How can a country be run this way?
They have money to fund Hajj and Pilgrimages which do not benefit the country in any way, but can't afford to fund an educational program.
This is what happens when a country is run by incompetent people. It is a shame!
Nigeria has now been delisted from the International Maths Olympiad, whose finals are happening in Shanghai, China, this July.
It is one of the most prestigious academic competitions in the world.
Nigeria can now only participate as an observer nation, while other countries can participate fully.
This was because of the Ministry of Educationโs inability to fund students for 4 consecutive years through National Mathematical Center.
Itโs a big shame for Nigeria.
I hope the scrutiny will involve the forfeiture of $460m in the US and one having a criminal record with the FBI, DEA and IRS?
I wonder why a man will have that much baggage and the likes of you will not want to scrutinise him.
In 1984, the prevailing exchange rate was around N0.75k to $1.
Therefore, anyone possessing N500k-N600k at that time would have held an equivalent of $660k-$800k, not $1 million.
This discrepancy of $200k-$340k on such a fundamental matter in 1984 suggests a deliberate attempt to misinform the public.
Individuals who engage in such misrepresentation should not be considered trustworthy.
As we approach 2027, it is imperative that all assertions are subjected to rigorous scrutiny.

@Sports_Doctor2 The UK is not too far from Nigeria just 6 hours flight. They colonised Nigeria, a lot of Nigerians live there, in fact, it is a second home to most Nigerian leaders both past and present, yet we can't learn anything from them. Not their development and simplistic lifestyle. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
The only reason Tinubu would not resign today, despite being the worst president in Nigeria's history, is that he is intoxicated by power, not because we practise a presidential system of government.
The same Tinubu called for Jonathan's resignation when the country was relatively livable. Today, he presides over a country that even prisoners in the West would not want to live in, despite having the freedom to move around.
No intervention whatsoever.
No emergency ambulance services
No defibrillator on sight.
These things are basic needs, they are not luxuries. Our politicians see them abroad when they travel, but think we don't deserve it back home.
It is very unfortunate. She doesn't deserve to end this way.
