There is a VERY unfortunate reality in the business of market speculation
People who make ton of $$ very quickly (like in crypto) develop bad habits and often lose everything they made via luck
And, most others who begin trading wipe out before they before they learn enough to be successful
Like it or not, it takes 3 to 5 years of being slapped around before learning enough to gain traction
I blew out three or four accounts in my first few years of trading -- I was lucky enough to have another source of income otherwise I would have been history
My first futures trade was 1974. It was not until 1979 that I felt half way competent enough to trade successfully
You have the choice to believe what I am stating here as truth -- or attribute my narrative to that of an old boomer, a narrative that does not apply to young guns

My understanding here is that this is just a securities registration. In order to list the ETF still needs a 19b-4 approval and they need an effective/approved/completed S-1 document. No 19b-4 yet. And S-1 is still preliminary (seen below). I'm still looking towards next week
