Hey @UPS ,can someone explain how a package addressed to Mount Vernon, NY somehow got delivered to an apartment building in the Bronx?

The tracking page still shows my correct address, but the delivery photo is from a completely different location.

I’ve now been told:
• “It’ll be delivered yesterday.”
• “Today or tomorrow.”
• “Monday.”
• “The wrong address was on the box.”

No one can even tell me whether the package was recovered from the random apartment where it was left.

I paid for two-day shipping and have spent hours on the phone getting four different stories. I’d really appreciate someone actually taking ownership of this.

My drivers license is set to be suspended on Monday due to @Carvana not processing my registration transfer in a timely manner. I use my car daily for work and will not be able to drive for approximately 20 days. I traded in my car May 11th! Nobody is able to help me. NOT happy.
