@easyJet would you mind telling me why your app told me my flight to Dubrovnik was delayed yet you closed your gate early and not told anyone? I'd like a refund and thanks for an awful service!
@thegradmedic @nw_foundation Probably for the best! I don't follow you but your negative posts keep on getting recommended. You're clearly very unhappy in your role as a Doctor and I think that perhaps a change would benefit you and your mental health.
Monte Blanc in the background after skiing in a new resort this time round. So far so good although not much Après. Yet.

@AirwayVigilante@LeechCaroline@ericaley66 Funding? That's a CCG problem. Not one answer will fix the country, but local CCG's are always trying to find new initiatives to help- if not successful.
@ericaley66@AirwayVigilante@LeechCaroline Depends on which trust doesn't it? I see others out there offering different roles in comparison to others. How much of that is formal edu in reference to the "weekend" courses previously mentioned. I know of some trusts calling people AP's because they can wound care and U. Cath
@AirwayVigilante@LeechCaroline@ericaley66 It's not that complicated- crews are indeed responding to these calls and are often "blue light GP callers or appointment bookers". The role of the Ambo has changed hasn't it? Its not just emergency care now, it's emergency & urgent care. The pathway for urgent care doesn't exist
@KBreitspark Just Paramedic, although I worked in ED at @nhsuhcw for a stint and gained invaluable knowledge and skills through their Practice Development Team but also working alongside an amazing group of nurses and doctors really helped. Current PG at @warwickmed for Pre- hosp Crit Care
