@BankZeroSA when will sending mobile money be an option? It’s been disabled for months. Frustrating to have to open an account with another bank for one service.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@CheckersSA hi there. is there anyway to find which stores have stock of an item via the websites? it doesn't seem possible.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA hi there. when will Tygervalley do food deliveries again, as there's clearly demand for it due to no slots available for days in northern suburbs with December demand.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA Big increase in foreign currency markup from 1.25% to 1.8% :(

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@SimonPB and that's just for individuals. the impact for businesses is even greater. it's why so many businesses have to register entities outside of SA just to do business easily with international customers.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@SimonPB Have to disagree it has no impact. So many financial services don’t support SA users due to all the additional compliance requirements. It’s why sending and receiving forex is still expensive. Also over R1million has additional “paper work”, delays and potential costs to apply.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA @AbsaSouthAfrica @AbsaSouthAfrica so Woolies says you're been running maintenance on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for over a month and so cards cannot be registered, and there's no ETA on when it will be fixed. How can it be offline for so long?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA @AbsaSouthAfrica what’s up with Woolies credit cards no longer being loadable in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet? Call centre escalates with no resolution for weeks. It used to work.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA Not sure I see the difference between a fee and markup. @CapitecBankSA @tymebankza do you charge a mark up on top of the Mastercard/Visa fx rate?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA any plans to reduce the international forex fee to compete with Capitec (R2) and Tymebank (free)?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA I'm referring to the markup imposed on card transactions done in foreign currency.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA hi. Is there an ETA on when the Tygervalley store will start doing deliveries again?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@Clicks_SA all my details have disappeared on my Clicks online account. On trying to update I get technical errors and the mobile OTP doesn’t come through. So I can’t purchase anything from https://t.co/hR1gw4Ksda

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

my word the Bank Zero support is terrible. they have no clue what they're doing. guess this isn't going to work and will have to move to Capitec instead. sigh.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

starting to think the "Zero" in Bank Zero really just means nothing works. clunky interface and signup process, and pretty much impossible to use the card internationally since it gets declined on every transaction. support doesn't have a clue how to fix.

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA I tried using a new card and it keeps failing with "Card Online Timeout". I get no notifications on my phone/app. I assume something is wrong with my account and not online services?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@Sixty60_Tweets this doesn't make sense. you're sending marketing messages via push notifications. it's marketing regardless of the channel it's sent from. so what exactly is the option for if not for marketing messages?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@Sixty60_Tweets why am I getting these push marketing messages when I’ve opted out?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@Sixty60_Tweets What's the point of the opt out setting then?

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA thanks

[Steven @StevenInCPT]

@BankZeroSA hi there. what market rates do you use for international card payments on top of the 1.25%? is it the middling rate and/or is it published anywhere on your website? thanks.
