I recommend never using @Expedia for flights. They won't honor price drop protection. Just book directly with @AmericanAir and save yourself the hassle.

@mcuban @USDirectExpress 100% agree, it's the demand that is the problem. Would need to be time limited by requiring renewals. Cannot be used for gift cards, disqualified from returns, and (not to become a overly bureaucratic) tie it back to specific consumers or you'll see wide scale scamming/trading.
