Gov. JB Pritzker met and posed for a photo with a South Side anti-violence worker several days before the man took part in a Mag Mile smash-and-grab robbery that killed a man on his way to work.

JB Pritzker brushed this off like he doesn’t know the man. People are asking serious questions about who is being empowered, funded, and connected to the political machine while violence and chaos continue in our communities.

Families in Blighted communities are still dealing with crime, struggling schools, drained resources, and neighborhoods that continue to be neglected while politicians make excuses and play politics.

JB Pritzker has failed Illinois families. Many residents believe there should be a full federal investigation into how state resources, anti-violence programs, and political relationships are being handled.

JB Pritzker should be investigated by the federal government and resign from office.

Enforce curfews to keep kids off the streets at night.

Hold parents accountable for minors involved in this destructive behavior.

Crack down on repeat offenders, arrest those who continue this behavior, and hold criminals accountable.

Monitor social media to intercept planned takeovers before they start.

Increase police presence in hotspots, including transit hubs, to stop these gathering before they get this big

Hold event organizers responsible for damages and public safety costs.

I understand that these elected crooks have stolen the money that should’ve been invested back into our communities. Kids are left with nothing positive around them, and then the same politicians act surprised by the results.

That’s why I will expand youth alternatives like mentorship programs, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, job training and trades, arts, safe recreational spaces, and sports involvement programs to give kids a better path and real opportunities.

My administration will act proactively, not reactively.

And trust me, I’m on it. I’m just not giving away all my policies and plans yet.
