What happened on I95 was unacceptable. AccuWeather was accurately forecasting 6-10'' of snow & said “travel conditions to rapidly deteriorate with low visibility, slippery travel on Mon, highway chaos may ensue.” Why were trucks allowed on the road? Why wasn’t the state ready?

@Delta Well, still sitting at the gate on the plane...closing in on 2.5 hours. No ground crew to do a pushback? 15 minute maintenance fix and no one to help get us out of here. Really is unacceptable. Positive - this air crew has been great but clearly frustrated.
