@Alladdin1983@togthekeklord Technicality that you don't know how years work? Why would someone buy a few thousand copies of a book decades after it came out? Moron.
@CathyYoung63@nguyenhdi It's good. When we were doing that thing where we listed our favorite comedies by decade I put His Girl Friday for the 40s, and then remembered this one the next morning. Regrets...
@dyershand@pensandpoison@AliceFromQueens Ah, yes, it must be another modern poem that uses those common words "Grimpen", "chtonic", and "sempiternal". (This is me being sarcastic. The other one was just me being correct.)
@PAHoyeck@PinkoStevens โI have never felt so much at home in a book, so much in my own house asโI ought not to praise it; it is too close to me.โ https://t.co/qJTHV4bPJi
@WeMustBFree@MVPA_Invest@nntaleb That does sound crazy, because it is crazy, but hey, here's a South Korean source he could've used. https://t.co/AgfChBCTgc
@deesnider Ace once bought me a half gallon of milk at 7-11. He was ahead of me in line and doing a whole lot of shopping. Instead of making me wait, or letting me go ahead he just told the cashier to ring it up with his stuff. Nice guy.
