Bought jeans online from @JackJonesUK which didn't fit. Returned them on the 18th March and was told refund would be in 2 weeks.
7 weeks later, they've just processed my refund! No apology, no compensation, nothing! Don't buy online from this company.

I have been chasing money from 2 major companies today. One I mentioned earlier and now @thetrainline It beggars belief how badly they treat their customers. Have been chasing my refund, which they informed me they were processing since DECEMBER! 7 Months! Disgraceful.

I will do an update daily on all social media until @BritishGas 'resolve' the situation. 2 weeks ago they said they'd call me back. Still waiting! Go find a better energy company people.

It's now been 2 Months since @BritishGas contacted me stating they owe me £267 . I have had to call THEM twice to chase this up, and still no joy. Wonder if I can get bailiffs to knock on their door! A Shoddy awful company who don't care about their customers.
