@KeskinensBigToe@stevemfc2 I wonder where the line gets drawn through the history of battles 🤔 like how far back can we go to score points or use it as nonsensical argument
@NorthDevonRoyal I would support Scotland but not Wales although I wouldn't wear the jersey of the team they were playing and I also wouldn't want them to get beat , I just don't have a connection to them
@calcano1947@anadmp91 Yeah those who know the real history will realise it was the rich and powerful just playing power games and using the poor as pawns.
@stmadoessaint I'm a Newcastle fan and will always want sunderland to loose and support the opposition to beat them but would I hell wear the oppositions jersey our fly thier flag
@_abdulafaan_ Our history is not as black and white as that , each of our countries have done bad things to each other over the centuries, even the "English" were foreces into servdom by the Norman's and ad 75% of its northern population wiped out.
@Andypurd Not really, don't think I've heard anyone talk about the Falklands that I know , even the hand of God doesn't really get brought up either tbh
@Casteri67@Tmorris74Tony@bigbenn1e I want Strathclyde and the land of the Pics to gain thier independence too along with Northumbria so we will be needing the lowland back too 😉
@IndieAnalogue Northumbria pre dates the kingdom of Alba which had the Scottish lowland within its kingdom also Strathclyde wasn't part of Alba either.
@seekingalfie@tompainebones Well Northumbria was its own Kingdom for hundreds of years then it got annexed into the new kingdom of England and then the northern portion of it was ceded to Scotland so yeah technically we are a colony 🤔😉😆
@JohnWight1@BradleyMarable Nah Scotland never existed at that time, the land was under Northumbrian rule due to conquest or marriage and before that it was Brythonic which is what most people in Northumberland can trace there geneology too
