@TheEXECUTlONER_ IF and I say IF what we are being told is what happened the ump is absolutely correct to call the dead ball and eject. It's player safety, you can't "throw the bat" and hit another player. It's unsafe, and if given proper warnings I have zero issue with the ejection.
