I have already contacted your support team via email, but I have not received a resolution as it was dismissed as a "deposit error."
I admit the mistake was mine for depositing USDT via the Arbitrum network, which is currently not an available option in the Exness app. However, I would like to highlight the following points:
Successful Transfer: The funds have been successfully sent to the Exness wallet address.
EVM Compatibility: The provided wallet address is EVM-compatible, meaning the funds are technically accessible on the Arbitrum chain using the same private keys.
On-chain Verification: I have tracked the transaction via Arkham Intelligence, and the funds are currently sitting in an Exness cold wallet.
Crypto is on-chain and transparent—everything is publicly verifiable. I am simply asking for a gesture of good faith from @EXNESS to assist in the recovery process of my funds, rather than a flat, unilateral rejection.
I look forward to a response and a concrete solution from the relevant team. Thank you.

I have already sent an email requesting assistance. The Exness team does not have a solution for deposit errors related to the selection of the deposit network.
I don’t understand the Exness team’s reasoning; the network is EVM-compatible, and all transactions are on-chain and can be tracked via Arkham Intelligence.
