Does anyone know if it's possible to claim delay repay when travelling on an Interrail pass? The @GWRHelp service my parents were planning to catch home from London was cancelled due to no air con and the next train will get them in 1 hour+ late @seatsixtyone @nationalrailenq

DON'T BUY TRAIN TICKETS IN ADVANCE!
On 1 April, govt is quietly changing the National Rail Conditions of Travel.
Off-Peak & Anytime tickets become non-refundable after 23:59 the day BEFORE you travel.
If you wake up & find your event cancelled, NO REFUNDS, even on £100+ tickets.

@todayTixUkchat Thanks but not sure how TodayTix can help with train cancellations?

[Mark Stevens @StevensOnln1]

Currently in London, @GWRHelp train we were due to catch from PAD to Stroud this evening is cancelled due to shortage of train crew. If we catch the next train to Swindon, can we claim for a taxi the rest of the way? 19:30 and 20:30 plus connections both cancelled

@GWRHelp DM sent

@FIAFormulaE @FIAFormulaE Just tried again on a different computer and still getting the same audio garbage all the way through. Please can you fix and re-upload?

[Mark Stevens @StevensOnln1]

Just tried to watch the Tokyo ePrix on the @FIAFormulaE website but the sound is an unlistenable mess. Tried in 2 different browsers and other videos on the site are fine. Is someone able to investigate/fix?
