I love this kind of cooking! No recipe just a few flavours in mind. Cooking becomes a dart board where you take some stuff and try to hit a bullseye. (The book Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat helps a lot with this kind of culinary exploration).

@paraone Hell yeah, love some Brussel sprouts. I always cook up a big batch for turkey dinners and afterward I make a casserole with stuffing, mashed potatoes, Brussels and turkey.
