@asxstocklife Greenland is not part of the EU. Norra Kärr in Sweden would be a viable choice. If you're looking for heavy rare earths outside the EU, Brazilian IACs would be a great option. Go pass that along to Frank Timiș, the owner of CRML in Romania.

Greenland isn't even in the EU. Poland, Carester, and Kiruna are already in line for funding—Romania hasn't come anywhere close.
