1 year $RNA’VERSARY
Sarah boyce the streets won’t forget you.
@garidel_de you will be eternally forgotten.
$ABVX 75 incoming the pain won’t stop till new lows.
No universe where $ABVX recovers to $110 pre Crohn’s without a buyout. Even $100 in a strong tape at this point seems unlikely.
Everyone already agrees it’s the best drug. GIA in a crowded market = 100s of potential negative catalysts, we saw two this week. More to come. GL!
$ABVX it’s only up from here boys now we base 90, 79 printed the low, and soon we back above 100.
We just need ex S1mple wannabe, baby skin face and mr bah bah black sheep to stop talking about some GIA bullshit.
$ROIV CEO @gline saying what everyone else thinks, best in disease drug, future of care BUT management is not cut out for it.
@mroliverbarnes I want to see you as the author of the leak when it comes.
$ABVX ON BEHALF OF ALL SHAREHOLDERS DONT GIA
$ABVX shared data this week, fueling speculation about the prospects of a go-it-alone launch. “The noise about $ABVX on this platform outpaces the noise about $ABVX in the other rooms that are not as public that I'm in, like 100 to one,” says @gline. “The data is unquestionably super impressive…but it's just fun to watch the public debate and to think about the difference in how that feels by the Twitter commentary vs the management team at $ABVX vs what a big pharma company might think about $ABVX’s ability to launch the product on their own.” #BiotechHangout
Mgmt is not cut for it. Just give it another month or two when > half of Crohn’s is enrolled. Then they can get enough value for it and win win for everyone.
NOBODY WANTS GIA. Otherwise agreed. $ABVX. On behalf of all retail, keep this idea to yourself. Marc can’t hear this.
$ABVX The drug is good to the point where if they had to pull a UCB and just launch it themselves and get to profitability, they can very credibly have a path there, especially if CD works. IMO you don't need M&A to have an attractive return on this if you're patient -- M&A just improves the IRR.
Smart combos are the most important piece now, either orals or LI injectables. Integrin, TL1a, and IL-23 all viable options. Would be curious to see a combo induction --> oral-only maintenance strategy w/ intermittant biologics as needed. My hypothesis is you get disease under control with multiple mechanisms to have the best chance at breaking the self-reinforcing inflammatory cycle and then maintain on oral obe for mucosal healing advantage/keep patients in remission, and can lifecycle manage as well.
