Can not believe the poor customer service from @BMW and @Marshall_BMW . My wife has had issues with a water leak in her car after owning for 2 months. 1 year on, multiple repair attempts & water still leaking through. BMW customer services and the dealership don’t want to know!

@MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis managed to get them on the phone. After 5 different departments I was given a number to call. Connected within 2 minutes and 5 minutes later after speaking to someone the money was back on to use!! Worth a try for others 020 3478 7211! Gift card now spent!

If an normal person took £200 from someone else in exchange for nothing it would be a criminal offence. Can’t see any difference with this scenario?? Spent days chasing them and told different information every time. No logging of gift card numbers, just the promise the money will return...eventually!

@SCMpaul @MartinSLewis I was coming to the end of my contract and they actually called me. 500mb broadband, unlimited phone, all channels including movie/sports/kids and an unlimited SIM card for £100. Cancelled my old pay monthly sim so saved there. Always get great speeds.
