Sammy

Before anything else, I am Catholic

Imagine having the faith of a Protestant, like legitamently imagine it.

They don’t have the Eucharist, the Saints, or Marian apparitions yet they wholeheartedly believe in God.

If it wasn’t for the Eucharist I would likely be agnostic. Imagine having their faith. It’s amazing

When you’re 16 weeks into your theology course and you find out it’s trad 🤨

My post-graduation reading list is starting with actually reading all the books I skimmed throughout college.

(once I remember that I actually like reading again)

Will I finish my Aquinas paper? Or will it finish me?

I was going strong for a bit

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@hippiehomemakr I greatly appreciate how your schedule is just laying on the baby being used for a backdrop 😂

Anyone want to help me with a writing portfolio for a resume writing/editing job? I need to do at least one more.

I have focused on resume writing in my writing minor and I also have a business minor.

DM me if you’re willing to help :)

What’s your favorite Flannery O’Connor quote?

[Beata Productions @beataproduction]

“All human nature vigorously resists grace because grace changes us and the change is painful." Flannery O'Connor #FlanneryOConnor

“Preach the Gospel always, and if necessary, use memes” -St Francis Probably

Close enough, right?

Idk who needs to hear this, but the issue is not the Catholic Church, it’s secular news sources

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@Meldio98 Sometimes that’s all it takes

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@Meldio98 I’m not about to argue on the timeline but this isn’t good.

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@Meldio98 It’s harmful to call it bullshit and say it doesn’t help. It is not a cure but it helps to some degree.

They do deserve better, a lot better but this tweet does nothing to better it.

If anything it makes someone feel stupid for needing to call and that may be the final straw

O the overwhelming never-ending reckless love of God

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@caring_Catholic Thank you :)

I will soon officially be wall decor 😂

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

I feel like it just makes a lot of sense

"What's your sign?"

[Sammy @Sthrn_Catholic]

@mcartisticidiot Thank you :)

We must be clear. Rome, allowing for the conscience, has not mandated that we take CoVId vaccines. But that if we choose not to, the obligation falls on us to take proactive steps to avoid transmission, protecting the vulnerable. Simply put: You cannot be anti-vaxx and anti-mask
